Who provides the service

The service

Brater provides hotel accommodation. Through the form on the site (or by phone/WhatsApp/email) you send a booking request — not an automatically confirmed reservation.

A booking becomes firm only after we reply with availability and the rate, and you confirm. No payment is taken until then.

Cancellation policy

To be completed by the owner (number of days + conditions): free cancellation up to [DE COMPLETAT: nr. zile, ex. 3] — [DE COMPLETAT: condiții după termen, ex. se reține prima noapte].

The cancellation conditions are also stated in our reply to your booking request, before any confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

For accommodation services provided on a specific calendar date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply (art. 16 lit. l of Romanian GEO 34/2014). The hotel cancellation policy above applies instead.

Prices

Prices shown on the site are indicative and include VAT. We give you the exact rate for your dates in our reply to your request.

Resolving complaints

Any complaint is best resolved by writing to us at rezervari@brater.ro. You may also use alternative dispute resolution via the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC/SAL) or the European ODR platform — links are in the site footer.
